Can I register with a Purchase Order?

Absolutely!  We accept POs by mail, fax, or email.  Please make sure to include a registration form for each attendee. 

By Email:

Send signed PO, along with registration form to customerservice@summit-education.com.  Once received, your registration will be processed within 24 hours. 

By Fax:

Fax signed PO, along with registration form to (615) 376-8233.  Once received, your registration will be processed within 24 hours. 

By Mail:

Mail registrations are processed the day of receipt.  To ensure the registration is received prior to the course, please mail in PO no less than 14 days before the course.
