Does Summit report to CE Broker?

Yes!  Summit offers CE Broker reporting on behalf of FL PTs, OTs, SLPs, and ATCs as well as for AL OTs, OH SLPs, OK PTs, SC PTs, OTs and SLPs. The instructions on how to request CE Broker reporting provided below apply to these eligible licensees.

Licensees for states/professions outside of these listed should self-report at www.cebroker.com using the information provided on the certificate of completion. 

How to request CE Broker reporting:

Live Courses

Live courses completed by eligible licensees who reside in FL, AL, OH, OK and SC: Once you have completed the evaluation and signed out of the course via scanning the sign out QR code available at the workshop location on your mobile device, the option to request CE Broker reporting will be made available via a “Report to CE Broker” button located beneath the course title in your Summit account. The “Report to CE Broker” button is available for 30 days from the date of the course.  If the request for CE Broker reporting has not been submitted by the 30 day deadline, the button will disappear and you will have to self-report at www.cebroker.com using the information provided on your certificate of completion. Reporting will be sent to CE Broker in up to 10 business days from the date the request was received.

Live courses completed by eligible licensees who reside in FL, AL, OH, OK or SC:  Please  email your request for CE Broker reporting to ceinfo@summit-education.com after you have completed the course. Include in the email request: “Report to CE Broker” in the subject line, Name, Summit order #, Date of course completed, State, Profession and License number. You will be sent a confirmation reply as soon as your request has been received. Completions will be reported in up to 10 business days from the date of the request.

Online Courses

Online courses completed by eligible licensees who reside in FL, AL, OH, OK and SC: Once you have completed an online course and passed the post-test, the option to request CE Broker reporting will be made available via a “Report to CE Broker”  button located beneath the course title in your Summit account. The “Report to CE Broker” button is available for 30 days from the date of the course.  If the request for CE Broker reporting has not been submitted by the 30 day deadline, the button will disappear and you will have to self-report at www.cebroker.com using the information provided on your certificate of completion. Reporting will be sent to CE Broker in up to 10 business days from the date the request was received.
