Does Summit report to ASHA?

Yes! If you would like to obtain ASHA CEUs through Summit for completing an ASHA Registered course, it is necessary for you to submit a brief participant form to Summit immediately upon completion of your course.

For Live, In Person Courses, once you have completed the evaluation and signed out via scanning on your mobile device the sign out QR code available at the workshop location, you will have access to the form via a “Report to ASHA” button in your account (next to the “Certificate Download” button.) Simply select the “Report to ASHA” button, provide your ASHA member ID and select “submit”. Please note, the “Report to ASHA” button will only be available in your account to submit your request for 10 days from the date of the course after which Summit will be unable to report your completion to ASHA. Live course completions are reported no more than 45 days from the course date.

For Online Courses, once you have completed the online course and post-test you will have access to the form via a “Report to ASHA” button in your account (next to the “Certificate Download” button. Simply select the “Report to ASHA” button, provide your ASHA member ID and select “submit”. Please note, the “Report to ASHA” button will only be available in your account to submit your request for 10 days from the date of the course after which Summit will be unable to report your completion to ASHA.

Live, web-based course completions (live webinars, livestreams) are reported to ASHA no more than 45 days from the course date. 

On-demand course completions are reported to ASHA following the below schedule:

Completions dated 1/1 - 3/31 will be reported to ASHA no later than 5/15

Completions dated 4/1 - 6/30 will be reported to ASHA no later than 8/14

Completions dated 7/1 - 9/30 will be reported to ASHA no later than 11/14

Completions dated 10/1 - 12/31 will be reported to ASHA no later than 2/14

 

IMPORTANT: Please be sure the name and address listed on your Summit account matches what is associated with your ASHA Member record to ensure proper allocation of CEUs.
