You can make substitutions at any time.

For single purchase live courses, please submit cancellation requests at least ten (10) days before the workshop to receive a refund, minus a $20.00 administrative fee per canceled attendee.

For live webinars, refunds are available before the course starts. If you cancel after the course, you'll receive a credit for the amount paid, which can be used toward any Summit product. This credit is valid for one year.

For on-demand courses, you can request a refund within three months of purchase, as long as the course hasn't been completed.
