I have a subscription. Why is a credit card being asked to register for a course?

If you are trying to register for a course under your subscription, but a credit card is being asked to register, then you have not successfully logged into your subscription account.

Please revisit the email confirmation you received for your subscription to obtain your correct username and password. Upon logging in, you'll be able to view your subscription, past orders, and search for courses.

To register, you'll click the green button "Add to My Subscription" after selecting the course.

 

**Note: If you are logged in but do not see your subscription, it is possible you may have more than one account. Please revisit the email confirmation you received for your subscription to obtain your correct username and password.
