To receive a certificate of completion for the live stream, you must attend the entire workshop and pass the test within 48 hours of the live stream concluding. You will find the test by logging into your Summit account.
- The test will be available to those that have attended the webinar in full. If enough time was not attended in the live stream, the test will not be available within the account.
- You will first log into your summit account using your username and password. This is sent to you when you create a Summit account. If you’re unsure of your log in, you can reset it using the following links:

- Once logged in, you will show the course and a button “Take Test.” Once passed, your certificate and availability to request reporting to CE Broker or ASHA (if applicable) once the post-test has been passed.
