Satellite courses offer a unique learning blend: you and other participants will be together in a physical meeting space, working through lab components with a Teaching Assistant (unlike a live webinar or live streamed course where attendees independently participate from their home). The main difference from a traditional in-person course is that your Instructor will teach remotely, broadcasting the lecture live to your location. Since this setup includes a virtual element, a post-test assessment is necessary (in addition to participants signing in and out at the location) to meet accreditation standards for virtual activities.
